Tell me the story Half an hour on the phone about what you're actually trying to do. If I'm the wrong person for it, I'll say so.

A scope and fixed price I write down what we agreed, attach a price and a launch date, and neither one moves unless you change your mind about something.

I build it where you can watch I wireframe as I build, and you have a live link to watch all the progress.

A proper handover The keys, a written manual, an hour of training, and a phone number that will still work three years later.

A project price is fixed and a project has a launch date — if it runs long, that’s mine to absorb. Hours are just hours, and when they run out, you can buy more.

I spent ten years building web software inside companies big enough to hold meetings about button colors — millions of dollars of it, delivered on time, which in that world is rarer than it should be. Large organizations are very good at teaching you what goes wrong at scale, and it turns out to be mostly the same handful of things at any size. F12 Crowd is that experience pointed at projects small enough to still be enjoyable.
I do the design and the development myself. That sounds like a logistics detail, but it’s where most website projects quietly lose things: in the gap between the person who drew it and the person who built it. There’s no gap here. The drawing and the build are the same person having the same thought twice, which is why what you see in the mockup is what ends up on the internet.
What the decade actually taught me is that the hard part was almost never the code. It was working out what the thing was supposed to do, and getting everyone to agree on that before anybody started building. That’s still the part I care most about, and it’s why the first call is about your business rather than your website.
